Today was day one with
Kristy on property. After a relaxing breakfast the crew headed out to drop off
Josh at his property so he can start repairing the house for the rest of his
family who will arrive later this month.
The rest of the day was a
greenhouse day. Kristy, Bentley, and I weeded in the Gothic and I transplanted
some broccoli and cabbage in the weeded areas. We all started new seeds of
various greens including arugula, tatsoi, and lettuce.
Later in the afternoon Jordan and I pulled the garlic we had been growing all year and planted new garlic plants. The garlic plants were sprouted garlic that had been in the pantry. It was cool to see the garlic sprouting by itself.

After all the weeding and
transplanting Jordan, Kristy, Bentley, and I made some energy bites to eat
during the next week. Then we had a gorgeous dinner of salad, king salmon, and
rice pilaf. I’m tired after such a long day, so its an early bedtime for me!
