Today is not sunnier. But there is always something to do here, even if it isn’t outside. I cleaned the kitchen and pantry this morning and washed dishes. In the afternoon I toyed around with my camera and finished prepping the chicken feed and cleaning up my mess from the staining adventure. 

Mid-afternoon the weather finally cleared up which meant I could go outside and DO something. I geared up and started wire brushing a side of the house that I will later be staining. Ginger arrived a couple hours later, so I didn’t get to brush much, but tomorrow I will get more done.

After Ginger arrived the stuff she brought with was unloaded and then we got in the banya that I started. The banya was a perfect way to ward off the dreary and cold weather today.
