I
woke up at 5:30 AM this morning to make sure I was on time to get Kristy from
the airport. Her flight arrived early and I was ecstatic to see her! We went
back to Glenn’s house for breakfast and then chatted while I finished a few
things. At noon we went out for lunch and then ran errands in town before
hiking at Fort Abercrombie.

Fort
Abercrombie is a beautiful state historic park with old bunkers amidst towering
spruce trees draped in moss. It was fun to see the sights with Kristy and enjoy
the beautiful weather here.
This
evening we had acorn squash, salad, and fresh fish caught yesterday. It’ll be
an early night for Kristy and I tonight after long days for the both of us.
