Today was an arts and
crafts day. First things first, the chickens were fed and the greenhouses were
checked. Then, Kristy and I went to cut old buoys for hiking trail markers. The
rest of the day Kristy and I worked on arts and crafts projects for our friends
and family back home.

By the time I finished it
was already dinner time. We had venison ribs, potatoes and gravy, steamed kale,
and homemade coleslaw. We ended the night with a movie called Practical Magic
on VHS. I bet you don’t hear that every day!
